- I am a Brazilian blogger. I graduated as a clinical psychologist, but since 2004 I am the Strategic Information Manager at Brazil's Ministry of Culture, working to implement the inspiring vision of Minister of Culture and world-renowned musician, Gilberto Gil. The goal is to bring the new activism on 'Digital Culture' into the government, turning advanced web possibilities into public policy. Despite all that, I live in a Santo Daime community in Brasilia, and I am the proud father of 4 'kids': Luiza (21), Gabriela (17), Miguel (16) and Elisa (3). I also collaborate with the Global Voices Online project as Portuguese language editor.
